Areas we Serve

Vancouver is where PURE Design was born, and it remains the heart of our practice. We have designed homes across nearly every neighbourhood in the city, from the West Side and Kitsilano to Coal Harbour, Yaletown, Point Grey, and beyond. Our projects here range from full-home renovations and custom kitchen transformations to complete interior design scopes for new builds and heritage properties. Clients come to us when they want a home that reflects their life at its most considered, thoughtful, and beautifully executed.

West Vancouver is one of our most active markets, and one we know deeply. Our studio is located here, on Marine Drive, and we have completed numerous projects across the North Shore, from the British Properties to Dundarave, Caulfeild, and Horseshoe Bay. The homes here are exceptional and the clients who live here expect design leadership that matches. PURE Design brings decades of experience, a published portfolio, and a team that understands the architecture, the landscape, and the standard this community holds.

North Vancouver’s mix of architectural character, natural surroundings, and strong community sensibility makes it a place we love to work. Our team has designed and renovated homes throughout the area, from Lynn Valley and Edgemont Village to Lower Lonsdale and Deep Cove. Whether you are updating a family home that has grown with you, or undertaking a full transformation, PURE Design brings the same depth of intention and construction expertise to every North Vancouver project.

Whistler demands a particular kind of design intelligence. A home here needs to perform in mountain conditions, feel warm and deeply inviting after a day on the slopes, and hold its own aesthetically in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. PURE Design has worked on homes across Whistler and the surrounding area with full-time residents and vacation property owners who want their mountain home to feel as elevated as the surroundings.

The Gulf Islands offer a rare kind of life, slower, quieter, deeply connected to the natural world. Designing for the islands requires an understanding of how people actually live there, the quality of light, the materials that age well in a marine environment, the rhythm that draws people there in the first place. PURE Design works with Gulf Islands clients on projects ranging from thoughtful seasonal retreats to permanent residences designed to belong to their landscape. We manage every detail, including the unique logistics that come with island work, so the process feels as considered as the result.

Bowen Island is a short ferry ride from the city, but it feels like a world away. That contrast is exactly what draws people there, and it shapes how we approach every project on the island. PURE Design works with Bowen Island homeowners who want interiors that honour the island’s natural character while delivering the comfort and refinement they expect. We handle the complexity of island logistics so our clients can simply enjoy the result.

PURE Design has worked on projects across British Columbia, from the Lower Mainland to the Okanagan and beyond. We travel for the right project, bringing the same standard of creative vision, construction oversight, and published-quality results wherever we go. If you are planning a significant project anywhere in BC and want a design partner with national recognition and a track record of award-winning work, we welcome the conversation.

PURE Design is one of Canada’s most awarded and most published interior design firms. Our work has been recognized by the NKBA, and featured in Architectural Digest, Martha Stewart Living, Chatelaine, House & Home, Homes & Gardens, Style at Home, Western Living, and more than 150 national and international publications. We work with Canadian clients from coast to coast. If you are in Toronto, Calgary, the Okanagan, Victoria, or anywhere in between, we would love to hear about your project.
